COST:  $125.00 / Ticket Payable to the Adam J. Cirillo Scholarship Fund.  Please return this form with your check before October 10, 2022

NOTE:  All proceeds from this event will support the scholarship fund and the football program.

Please support the inductees  with an individual or team ad in the Hall of Fame Commemorative Journal.  The AJS Scholarship Foundation has assisted Tech Football Players in their pursuit of a college education since 1968 through donations by the Tech Family of Players, Coaches and Friends.  The AJC Scholarship Foundation now awards $40,000.00 annually to deserving Tech Football Players.  Please see this form for more information on how to advertise in the Hall of Fame Commemorative Journal.
